Turns out that humidity is no better for makeup than rain is. They both smudge and cause you to have to reapply constantly. But step up 24 hour eyeliner by Colorsport for those of us who are too wimpy to get a tattoo eye liner (for life) this should be the answer to the prayers. It promises colour endurance, a smooth even line because of its specially shaped nib and a water and smudge proof black line. I bought mine from Boots in Canary Wharf for £6.99
