What To Wear: Tall Women

A good trick is to wear pants or trousers with a cuffed appearance around the bottom, this creates the illusion that the length of the trousers is shorter. Concentrate on earthy tones for your bottoms and pair them up with a colored shirt or blouse. (Sparkle Linen Trousers £40, Next)

Wear your tops over skirts or pants to cut height around the waist area. (Lace detail tunic, £30, Next)

Wear broad belts as they will divide your upper and lower body making you seem less tall. (Long line belted boob tube, £22, Next)

Wear horizontal lines, and huge floral prints suit you well. (Printed Kaftan, £40, Next)

Do not wear short skirts and avoid very long ones, as they tend to make you look even taller. Instead have your skirt end just below the knee. (Grey tulip skirt, £22, Next)

Knee-length boots with dresses and skirts are perfect for you as well as shoes with ankle straps. Flats are a great option as well.
